WE SING THE PRAISE OF GOD ABOVE

We sing the praise of God above
Who chose us in electing love.
Had He not chosen us by grace
We never would have sought His face.
We sing the praise of God the Son,
Whose blood for all our sins atoned.
Each soul for whom He lived and died
He'll call, and save, and glorify!
We sing to God the Spirit, too,
Because our praise to Him is due.
Regenerated by His grace,
He gives us faith in Christ and peace.
Let others praise the will of man,
But all who have been born again
Give praise to God, the triune God
For all His grace through Jesus' blood!
