WE KNOW THAT JESUS IS THE CHRIST

We know that Jesus is the Christ,
The Son of the living God!
We know Him by revelation
Of the Spirit of our God.
All the sacrificial service
Of the ceremonial law,
And the rigid ten commandments,
Jesus satisfied them all.
Every prophecy on record
In the Volume of the Book
Jesus fulfilled to the letter
When in death our place He took.
Everlasting righteousness He
Brought in by His perfect life,
And perfect propitiation,
When for us He gave His life!
"Lo, I come," our Savior said it,
"I delight to do Thy will!"
And He did it, yes, He did it,
Christ performed the Father's will!
By the which will we're forgiven
And forever justified!
Perfect and complete in Jesus,
We're forever sanctified!
