Saved by God's purpose, bless His name!
Before all worlds, the Lamb was slain.
God looked on me in Christ His Son
As His beloved ere time begun!
Saved by my Savior's precious blood
And reconciled in Him to God.
Yes, when Christ died at Calvary,
He justly put my sins away.
Saved by the grace and pow'r of God,
By grace that could not be withstood.
When God the Holy Spirit came,
He gave me faith in Christ the Lamb.
Saved I shall be when Jesus comes
To raise His people from their tombs.
Complete and perfect I shall be,
Conformed to Christ's humanity!
