When we call upon the Name of the Lord in prayer, let us follow the Savior' s command and pray for the arrival of that time when the earth will be delivered from all unrighteousness, and the curse due to sin will be lifted. We long for that day when all of the elect of God will be perfectly conformed to the image of Jesus Christ. We pray that our Lord would come and restore all of creation to its original beauty and glory. We entreat Him for that era to arrive when all rebels and demons will be forced to bow to the Son of God and pay homage to His Lordship. We beseech Him to bring forth that eternal day when there will be no more lying voices from pulpits, when every mouth will speak the praise of King Jesus. We ask God to usher in that endless day when righteousness shall cover the earth. "Even so come Lord Jesus" (Revelation 22:20).
