Some of our brothers and sisters in Christ have recently been called upon to endure heavy trials. Let me give a word of encouragement, not only to them, but to every believer. While you will have weighty burdens to bear in this life, you will never face an angry God in judgement for there is "no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus." Your lot now may be affliction, but you will never experience the vengeance of God against sin because Christ drank the cup of wrath dry. Yes, you will someday have to encounter death, but you will never descend into the regions of the damned for "Christ was made a curse for us." You are in Christ! Be encouraged - for nothing "shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
