You may turn from one manmade religion to another quite easily. Multitudes do it. They become weary with their old church, their teachings and rituals, and set out in search of something new, different and more exciting. Soon that new religion grows old and another church is sought for, another preacher will be heard, and another "form of godliness" will be embraced, but it's really the same old thing. A Christless religion is a useless religion and you may change from one to another, but you will be merely exchanging vanities. The only message that does not grow old to the Lord's people is that of His redeeming love to sinners through Jesus Christ the Lord. Man's religion is dry; it wearies the needy soul. It offers no real message of comfort for sinners. But the religion of God is full of hope, joy and love. None who are convinced by the Spirit of grace of the truthfulness of the gospel of Christ will ever change again.
