The year is like a worn-out garment, ready to be laid aside. But before we leave it behind, let us reflect with thanksgiving upon the goodness of God manifested throughout the year. Has He not faithfully led us in the way that was best for us? Has He not proved His love to us in a thousand ways? Look back with thanksgiving and ahead with confidence and assurance that He will continue to guide us in the way that is best for us.
