This verse speaks of a most blessed people that are 'kept' and the means by which they are kept is 'by the power of God through faith....'
A person that has been saved by the Grace of God will remain saved as long as the Grace of God is able to keep them saved – As long as grace reigns through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord God's people are kept – If a man is saved by the Grace of God, he will be kept by that Grace…no matter what! – Even in the worst of our moments when we wonder to ourselves if God's Grace has even worked in us at all…we are no less saved than in what we call our best moments – In the heights of our sin, when all we can do is sin, we are saved, saved by grace, and where sin abounded, Grace did much more abound! – And to have this revelation, this treasure in an earthen vessel that we are a kept people makes the soul to sing and cheers us onward!
