We are thankful to our sovereign Lord for all the liberties He has blessed us to have. The greatest liberty is that which believers have in Christ. Freedom from the bondage and penalty of sin, from the captivity of Satan and from the power and dominion of sin. Freedom to serve and worship Christ. But we do thank our God for the freedom we enjoy in this country to worship Him without interference and without oppression. It is a liberty that comes with great responsibility. Let us use it to the glory and worship of His name. Many would like to have it but don't. The only reason we have it is because God sovereignly has given it!
